Generally, single liquid glue dispensing machines have obvious differences. AB glue dispensing machine has two buckets, where bucket A is used for the glue and bucket B is used for the catalyst. When glue A comes into contact with the catalyst, the glue begins to solidify. Secondly, adhesive is actively mixed through rigidity and used for dispensing consumer products. Since the AB bucket is separated and enters the mixing tube through a pump, there is no need to worry about the adhesive curing in the bucket.
Use a regular single liquid machine to apply two-component adhesive, usually for products with small quantities. It is necessary to manually mix the glue in advance and pour it out of the syringe. The amount should not be too much each time, otherwise the glue will solidify after being applied. The dual liquid dispensing machine is mainly used for LED module encapsulation, LED energy-saving lamp encapsulation, transformer encapsulation, sensor encapsulation, automotive ignition coil encapsulation, PCB integrated circuit board encapsulation, etc!
Maintenance should be cleaned in real-time after each glue injection and thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, the glue will solidify and block the valve. Next time when dispensing, there may be a situation where the glue cannot enter.
